免責事項
＜Disclaimer＞
当店のテクスチャ、及び改変したテクスチャを使用して発生したトラブル、損失に対して一切の責任は負いません。
I will not take any responsiblity for any damages caused by using my textures or modified textures.
禁止事項
＜Prohibited matter＞
・加工前、加工後問わず「服テクスチャとして使える状態」での再配布、販売。
・加工前、加工後、モデル形式変更後問わずテクスチャを使用したモデルを再配布、販売。
・VRoidHubにて当店のテクスチャを使用したモデルを「ダウンロード可」の状態でアップロードすること。
・VRCHAT内にて当店のテクスチャを使用したモデルを「ペデスタル化」すること。
・当店のテクスチャを使用したモデルをＮＦＴとして出品すること。
・その他テクスチャデータが他の方の手に渡る可能性があるコンテンツでの利用。
・宗教・政治的なコンテンツでの使用。誹謗中傷、公序良俗に反する用途での使用。
・自作発言禁止。著作権は加工後も含め、作者「ふじさきあくた」に帰属します。
Do not re-distribute and sell in "state usable as clothes texture" (modified or not)
Do not re-distribute and sell the model including my textures(modified or not),whether or not the file extention is changed.
Do not upload the model including my textures(modified or not) on VRoidHub in a "downloadable" state.
Do not "pedestalize"(distribute for free) the model including my textures in VRCHAT.
Do not list models that use our textures as NFTs.
Other than that, you aren't allowed any activites that my textures can be recieved as data.
Do not use my textures or the model including my textures(modified or not) in religious and political content.
Do not use my textures or the model including my textures(modified or not) for the contents to libel and slander others.
Do not use my textures or the model including my textures(modified or not) for the contents against public order and morals.
Do not claim my textures as your own.
The copyright belongs to "Fujisaki Akuta", even after the textures are modified.
個人様（非商用）のご利用について

・加工、色変更、改変に制限はございませんのでご自由にお使いください。
・R-18（性的表現・暴力的表現等）作品への使用は必ず「R-18作品です」等
注意書きを入れた上で公開をお願いします。
・上記禁止事項を除きまして、常識的な範囲での使用でしたら制限はございません。
・クレジット表記は任意です。していただけると今後の励みになります。

VTuberの方のご利用について（趣味の範囲で配信をされる方）
＜For Vtuber＞
・加工、色変更、改変に制限はございませんのでご自由にお使いください。
・R-18（性的表現・暴力的表現等）作品への使用は必ず「R-18作品です」等
注意書きを入れた上で公開をお願いします。
・グッズ販売、報酬が発生するコンテンツで当店のテクスチャを利用する場合、事前の報告と当店のクレジット表記をお願いいたします。追加料金などは発生いたしません。
・他の作者様の商品の紹介に当店のテクスチャを混ぜて使う場合、当店のクレジット表記をお願いいたします。
・本人に報酬が発生しないテクスチャ紹介、ゲーム配信などは報告は不要です。（動画サイト等の投げ銭は報酬に含まないものとします）
You can modify the textures.
When you publish the adult contents(R18) including my textures, you must specify "R-18".
You must show my name as a credit,
when you use my textures or the model including my textures(modified or not).
You must let me know about that and must show my name as a credit,
when your contents including my textures(modified or not) are paid, such as sales promotion or selling your original goods.
商用利用について（企業・個人事業主・利益・報酬が発生するコンテンツに利用される方）
＜For commercial use＞
・いかなる場合に置かれましても事前のご連絡が必須です。Twitterのダイレクトメッセージ、BOOTH内のメッセージ、下記メールアドレスのいずれかにお問い合わせください。
・ご連絡の際に代表の方・企業様の過去の活動内容が分かるURL、作品の使用用途、掲載予定の場所のURL、
代表の方のご連絡先を明記の上、後日完成したコンテンツの提出（閲覧用URLや画像等）をお願いいたします。
・基本的には追加請求はございませんが、ご相談の内容によって商品代に別途使用料がかかる場合がございます。
